Honest Care starts by sitting down with Dr. Kelly and talking about YOU! We will never rush you because we want a full picture of you, your health goals, and your concerns.
After all of your questions have been answered, you will receive a neurological, orthopedic, musculo-skeletal, and general physical exam. Afterward Dr. Kelly will tell you her findings, explain any conditions found, how she plans to treat it, and what outcome can be expected. Afterward you will be adjusted from head-to-toe and front-to-back.
Patient Forms
Patient forms can be emailed to you or may be completed in our office. We request that our patient forms be carefully reviewed and completed. The information you supply gives us a clear understanding your history and any other information related to your condition. Take your time.
Initial Consultation
Dr. Kelly Kent-Hickman will meet with you for an in-depth consultation to evaluate your situation, hear your concerns and expectations, and discuss how chiropractic care can help meet your needs. This may be in the form of a free 30-minute “discovery” consultation in which you and Dr. Kelly Kent-Hickman will discuss your symptoms and history to decide if Chiropractic is the right treatment for you.
Physical Examination
Dr. Kelly will also examine your spine and other joints of your body, depending on your condition. This will involve your range of motion, reflexes and flexibility. She will also perform a complete neurological, postural, and orthopedic evaluation.
X-Ray Analysis
Dr. Kelly does NOT take X-rays. She may refer you to another facility to have them taken if he believes they are necessary but you will not be exposed to increased radiation or fees unless she thinks it’s needed to determine if chiropractic is the appropriate course of treatment for you.
Evaluation Results
After reviewing your test results coupled with your health history and needs, Dr. Kelly will discuss recommendations for chiropractic care as well as support, if needed, from practitioners in other fields. She will address the three most important questions which are: how he can help, how much it will cost and how often you need to be seen. You can be sure that our team is here to facilitate your healing and balance in the quickest, most efficient way possible.
Treatment Plan
When your evaluations are complete, you and Dr. Kelly will decide together which treatments and therapies best address your condition and fit into your lifestyle. These may include Chiropractic adjustments, manual massage therapy, and certain types of physical therapy.
